Students

A student is a person who trains. Their page is the one you will open most often: contact details, photo, styles and current rank, membership, attendance history, documents, and the notes your instructors have left.

Adding a student

1. Press New Student. Name and date of birth are the ones that matter — age drives which classes they are eligible for.
2. Attach them to the account that pays for them.
3. Add a photo. This is worth doing properly: it is what students tap to check themselves in at the front desk.
4. Assign a style and starting rank, then a trial or membership.

Finding people quickly

Filter the list by style, membership plan, or status, then sort by name, age, or when they joined. Two labels are worth knowing on sight: TRIAL marks someone still inside a trial offer, and Lead marks someone who has shown interest but has not started yet.
