Messages

Messages is a conversation with each family, kept in one thread, so the next person on the desk can see what was already said. Unread threads are marked, and the menu carries a badge until you have read them.

• New message — start a thread with an account.
• Send Announcement — one message out to many families at once, for a closure, a grading date, a schedule change.
• Email a Contact — a one-off email to a single person.
• Mark all read — clears the badge when you have caught up.
