Attendance

This is the staff-side check-in screen, for when someone behind the desk is marking people in. Pick the class, and you get its roster.

1. Choose the class from the list. Today's classes come up first.
2. Tick everyone on the mat, then press Check in selected. You can check in a whole row of students in one go.
3. Press Check in another if a latecomer walks in, or Done when the class has started.

The Check-in results panel confirms who went in and flags anything that did not work, so a student who was missed does not go unnoticed until the end of the month.

Looking back

The Attendance Log is the history. Filter it by date, class, style, rank, or member type to answer the questions that actually come up: who has not trained in a month, whether the Thursday class is worth running, whether a student has the mat time to test.
