What Axion Dojo is

Axion Dojo is the software your school runs on. Everything about your students lives in one place: who they are, which classes they attend, what belt they hold, what they owe you, and every message you have sent them. Your front desk, your instructors, and the parents at home all look at the same information.

You sign in through the Axion login page and pick your school, then press Open. If you help run more than one school, you will see more than one to choose from.

The menu down the left

Every screen has the same menu on the left, and it is grouped by what you are trying to do. Learn these eight groups and you will never be lost:

• Studio — Dashboard, Accounts, Students, Styles & Ranks, Attendance, Calendar & Classes. The day-to-day.
• Training — Promotions, Events, Belt Tests.
• Memberships — Trials & Memberships. What you sell.
• Finance — Billing, Inventory.
• Reports — All Reports.
• Communication — Messages. Carries a badge when something is unread.
• Marketing — sign-up forms, prospect links, social posts.
• Admin — Setup Guide, Documents, Account Portal, Settings.

You can collapse the menu to just its icons using the arrow at the top of it, which is worth doing on a small laptop screen. On a narrow window the menu hides completely and opens as a drawer.
