The Account Portal

The portal is the parents' own login. It takes work off your front desk, because the questions families ask most — what do I owe, when is the next payment, did my child train last week — they can now answer themselves.

What a family sees

• A dashboard with anything that Needs your attention, their balance, and their next payment.
• Their students, with attendance and current rank.
• Invoices and statements, and a way to pay by card, bank, or Cash App.
• Their payment method on file, which they can update themselves — this alone prevents a lot of failed payments.
• The store, a cart, and their past orders.
• Their contact details, messages from you, and any documents waiting to be signed.

Giving a family access

1. Find the account on the Account Portal page and press Enable.
2. Press Email credentials to send their sign-in details.
3. Leave Force change on next login on, so they choose their own password the first time.

Access can be disabled at any time, and the Access log records portal sign-ins and what was done — useful in a separation, when only one parent should be able to see the account.
