What Haven is
Haven is the software your rental business runs on. The buildings you own or manage, the units inside them, the people who rent them, the leases those people signed, the money they owe and have paid, and every repair anyone has asked for — all of it lives in one place, and everyone on your team is looking at the same copy of it.
It is built for landlords and small management companies: the office that knows every property by name, not a call center. That shapes nearly every decision in it. Nothing happens to your money unless somebody presses a button, no figure is shown without saying where it came from, and no screen hides the arithmetic behind a number you would have to defend to an owner.
You sign in at the Axion sign-in page and choose Haven. A sign-in lasts two hours at a desk, so a browser left open at the front counter does not stay open to your books all night.
The menu down the left
Every screen carries the same menu, grouped by what you are trying to do. Five groups is the whole application:
- Manage — Dashboard, Calendar, Properties, Units, Renters, Leases. The spine: what you own and who is in it.
- Leasing — Applications, Screening. Everyone who wants a unit but does not have one yet.
- Maintenance — Work Orders, Vendors. Carries a red count when something urgent is open.
- Money — Rent Roll, Invoices, Payments. What is owed, what was billed, what came in.
- Setup — Reports and Settings.
On a narrow window the menu hides itself and opens as a drawer from the button at the top left. Your name, your role and the Sign out button sit at the bottom of it, where they stay put however long the menu gets.
