The dashboard

The dashboard answers "what does this morning look like" and is worked out live every time you open it — there is nothing to refresh and no overnight job that could have failed.

• Occupancy across the units that are actually in service.
• Billed against collected for the month so far.
• Delinquency — the active leases carrying a balance, and what that comes to.
• Work orders — open and urgent, with your average days to close over the last 90 days.
• Collection by property, so a building that is slipping is visible before the month ends.
• Move-ins and move-outs in the next 60 days.

Needs attention

One list, ordered by how much it matters: failed and returned payments from the last 30 days, urgent work orders, leases ending within 60 days with no renewal offer out, applications with a finished screening and no decision recorded, and property insurance expiring within 45 days. It is a list of things that will cost you if they are left, not a feed.
