Staff and roles

Everyone signs in with their own Axion account and their role comes with them — Haven does not keep a separate password, and it re-reads the role at every sign-in, so a change made to somebody's account takes effect the next time they sign in. There are five roles.

• Owner and Admin — everything, including your company's appearance and the invoice settings.
• Manager — everything operational: properties and units, leases and renewals, applications, screening and decisions, the billing run, late fees, invoices, payments and returns, one-off charges, vendors, and the CSV exports. Not the company settings.
• Staff — the front desk: create and edit renters, record a payment, assign a work order, and read everything.
• Maintenance — the work orders and everything needed to run them.

Everyone signed in can see the lists and the detail pages, create a work order, add notes and photographs to one and change its status, and upload documents to an application. Financial reports are the one thing hidden outright from roles below manager.
