Getting help

Haven is built and run by Axion Software. If something is wrong, or a screen does not do what this guide says it does, tell us — the person reading it wrote the code.

Write to us from the support page. Four things get a problem solved on the first reply rather than the third:

• Where you were — the screen, and what you pressed.
• What you expected, and what happened instead.
• The reference of whatever it was about: the work order number, the invoice number, the application reference, the property name.
• When — the date and roughly the time, which is what lets us find it in the logs.
