The calendar

A month at a time, filterable to one property or to the kinds of thing you care about. Nothing is typed into the calendar — every entry on it is something that already exists somewhere else, shown on the day it happens.

• Maintenance — scheduled work orders, with the urgent ones marked.
• Leases — starts, ends, notice deadlines and renewal offer expiries.
• Money — the day each lease's rent is due and the day late fees would be assessed, aggregated per day, plus the month-end close.

Beside the month is a 45-day money rail from today, and the month's billed-against-collected. The money dates are dates, not automation: rent due on the 1st means the 1st is when the billing run should be done, and Haven will not post anything by itself.
