Builder Bob

Builder Bob answers plain questions about your business from your own records. Ask him who owes you money, which bids are still open, what is due in the next two weeks, or how a project is doing. Each answer comes with links to the pages he read, so you can check the numbers yourself.

What he can see

Bob reads only what your role is allowed to see. Crew see their own projects and no money or customer list. Viewers see what the office sees, but they cannot change anything through him.

What he cannot do

Bob changes nothing. Ask him to send an invoice or change a price and he tells you where in Cedar to do it, and you do it there. He links only to the records he actually looked at.

Using him

1. Open the dashboard and use the Ask Builder Bob box, or the Builder Bob button in the top bar.
2. Type your question in plain words.
3. Open the links in his answer to see the records. Use the answer as a starting point, and check the figures before you act on them.
