Memberships bill themselves on a nightly run. You take card, bank (ACH), Cash App Pay, cash or check, keep a method on file for auto-pay, and watch the payouts land in your bank — through your own Stripe account, not ours.
Axion Dojo connects to your school's own Stripe account. Tuition goes from the family's card or bank to your bank, on Stripe's normal payout schedule. We are not a payment processor and we are not a party to the transaction — which means there is no float, no waiting on us to release anything, and nothing to unwind if you ever leave.
That is a structural difference rather than a feature, and it is worth checking on any platform you evaluate: ask where the money lands first, and whose merchant account it lands in.
A card or bank account on file is charged automatically when the membership comes due. Nobody has to remember, and nobody has to ask a parent for a card at the desk.
A refused charge is flagged as Auto-pay failed rather than disappearing. That flag is how you find the family that has quietly stopped paying you before it is three months old.
A full bill starts as a draft so you can check it before the family sees it. An account statement shows everything charged and everything paid, and can be printed or emailed.
See the money actually transferred to your bank, with arrival dates — so the number in Axion Dojo and the number in your bank can be reconciled to each other.
A Billing Log records every billing action taken and who took it. A Billing Audit is a health check that flags anything that does not add up. Between them, the question "why was this family charged that" has an answer that does not depend on anyone's memory.

Yes. Bank (ACH) is supported alongside cards and Cash App Pay, and it can be the method held on file for auto-pay. On recurring tuition it usually costs less to process than a card.
The account is flagged as Auto-pay failed and appears in the Past Due / Uncollected list, so it surfaces as work to do rather than as silence. You can send a payment request straight from the account.
Yes. Connecting Stripe is a separate step you can skip. Cash and check payments are recorded by hand and everything else — invoices, statements, balances, the past-due list — works the same way.
