The free trial ribbon now has a button, not just a countdown

"4 days left in your free trial" told you the product was going to stop working and gave you nothing to do about it. While there is no card on file the ribbon carries a button straight to the page that adds one; once there is, it goes back to a quiet link to us. One call to action, chosen rather than stacked -- asking a customer who has already paid is how a countdown starts reading as a dunning notice.

Copy the join link, or email the details to the school

Every meeting now has a share card: a link with a Copy button, a block of details you can paste into your own message, and a Send button that emails the school directly. The date, the time, the time zone and the link are all in the body. The copied link and the emailed link are guaranteed to be the same link -- half the people in the room and half somewhere else is not a meeting.

The invitation signs the recipient in and lands them in the room

Following a plain room link while signed out used to bounce the recipient to a dashboard with no idea where the meeting went -- or, on a browser that had never signed in, to "Organization portal not found." The link in an invitation is a sign-in link that carries the room with it, so a school clicks once and arrives where you are.

Call controls no longer show before there is a call

Mute, Camera off, Share screen, Leave and End meeting were on the bar from the moment the room opened, pointing at a call nobody had joined -- clicking Leave in an empty room threw an error. They stay hidden until the call is live, and a click that gets through by any other route now says "Nobody is in the room yet."

Schedule a meeting with any member school

Pick the school, the date and the time, and name who at that school is invited. The meeting appears on your calendar and on theirs. RSVP is tracking, never a gate -- somebody who declined and changed their mind can still join.

A meeting room with a text thread, files and screen share

The room carries its own conversation alongside the call, so notes and documents from that meeting stay with that meeting. Screen share is there for the walkthrough that words will not cover. The room is desktop-only and says so, rather than opening a camera on a phone with nowhere to put it.

A calendar of everything scheduled, on both sides

Officers see every meeting across the network; each school sees its own. The calendar and the meeting list reach the phone too, so a school can check what is coming from wherever it is.

Export a meeting before you delete it

Deleting a meeting takes every message and file in it with it -- which is the point, but it is also permanent. A plain-text export sits next to Delete on both surfaces, because it is the only thing that survives one.

Studio Portal management becomes its own destination

Portal management lived entirely under a single school, so an officer asking "who has signed in across every school this month" had to pick an arbitrary school to get there. The org-wide dashboard is now a nav destination in its own right; the per-school panel stays where it belongs, on the school.

The notification bell could only ever show zero

The bell, the dashboard's recent activity and the notifications page were all built and reading correctly -- but nothing in the product ever wrote a row. That mattered little while every change was made by an officer looking at the screen, and stopped being true the moment schools got a portal.

You are told when a school registers a student, writes in, or pays

Three things a school does in its portal now ring the office: a student registered, a message sent, and an invoice paid. A pending payment and a succeeded one are told apart in the wording, because a pending charge leaves the invoice open and an officer who reads it as paid chases the wrong school.

An unread badge on Messages

The sidebar's Messages item and the mobile More list carry an unread count, drawn from the same place the inbox is, so the badge and the inbox can never disagree.
